Home Care Support Professional

This is an exciting opportunity to secure employment in a rapidly expanding and essential support service.

About the Role

As a Home Care Support Professional, you will be part of a dynamic team delivering quality in-home care supporting our customers to maintain well-being and independence in their own surroundings for as long as possible.

  • Providing personal care assistance
  • Offering domestic support
  • Assisting with shopping and client appointments
  • Transporting customers
  • Delivering respite care
  • Preparing and cooking meals
  • Providing social support and community engagement

Working hours are generally Monday to Friday between 7am – 7pm and may include weekends and public holidays. Shifts will be shorter in duration with paid travel time between customers in a localised area, where possible.

About You

We are seeking someone who has:

  • Completed a minimum certificate III in a health-related industry (Individual Support, Aged Care, Nursing etc.)
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to develop positive relationships
  • Ability to obtain the NDIS Workers Screen Check prior to commencement
  • Current First Aid and CPR, or willingness to obtain
  • Willingness to perform cleaning duties
  • Full Comprehensive Car Insurance, or willingness to obtain
  • A Smart Phone
  • A Current Driver's Licence
