Job Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting initial assessments to determine the rehabilitation needs of clients, developing and implementing personalized rehabilitation plans, coordinating and liaising with other healthcare professionals, providing ongoing support and guidance, and completing detailed reports on clients' progress and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducting initial assessments to determine the rehabilitation needs of clients

- Providing ongoing support and guidance to clients throughout their rehabilitation journey

Requirements
- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, or Physiotherapy
- At least 2 years of experience in a rehabilitation consulting role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures relating to rehabilitation services
- Current driver's license and access to a vehicle
- Full AHPRA registration or ESSA
