Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Asset Data Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing asset records and metadata, ensuring the integrity and usability of our asset data across the Enterprise Asset Management system.

The role involves leading a team responsible for managing asset information, overseeing three asset information offices, and service delivery through inbox and ticketing workflows. This position contributes to the stewardship of asset knowledge throughout its lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage asset records and metadata, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across EAM and Equipment Register.
  2. Lead and mentor a team of Asset Information Officers, overseeing performance and quality.
  3. Manage the asset information inbox and ticketing system for timely service delivery.
  4. Drive continuous improvement aligned with Seqwater's asset information strategy.
  5. Collaborate with stakeholders to meet asset data requirements.
  6. Conduct data quality reviews and support platform integration.
  7. Comply with Seqwater's safety, quality, and environmental standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of master data management, Excel, and EAM/CMMS systems.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a related role.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proven leadership in mentoring and quality assurance.
