Job Description: Healthcare Team Lead - Physiotherapy and Allied ServicesThis full-time role will lead our healthcare team delivering patient-focused physiotherapy and associated services in our clinics located in the Northern Beaches area and Ooralea (southern Mackay area). You will report to the Managing Director of Construct Health and Queensland Team Leader, working closely with the Mackay region Practice Manager to ensure effective clinic operations with an emphasis on excellent customer service.
You will manage your own client caseload, treating the general population and the mining community, while also overseeing staff performance and development. This role offers a unique opportunity to grow professionally and personally within a supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the healthcare team in delivering high-quality physiotherapy and allied services to patients and corporate clients
- Manage clinic operations, including staff supervision and performance development
- Clinical workload management, prioritizing patient care and meeting productivity targets
- Collaborate with the managing director and Queensland team leader to drive business growth and strategy
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Minimum 4 years' musculoskeletal physiotherapy experience
- Bachelor of Physiotherapy and AHPRA general registration
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Experience in managing finances and knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards
