Aircraft Maintenance Support Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Aircraft Maintenance Support professional to join our team. As a key member of our Wedgetail In Service Support team, you will play a critical role in maintaining the Wedgetail fleet and supporting Defence operations.

The ideal candidate will have experience in aviation maintenance, with a strong focus on safety and quality. You will work closely with licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineers to carry out daily maintenance activities, including aircraft induction and tear down, upgrades, inspections, and rectifications.

As an Aircraft Maintenance Support professional, you will be responsible for administering ground support equipment, technical instructions, and aircraft maintenance documentation. You will also assist in testing post-maintenance activities and report to the assigned Maintenance Operations Manager.

Essential Requirements
  • Australian citizenship
  • High level of verbal and written communication skills
  • Defence security clearance or ability to obtain
  • Certificate IV in Aeroskills (Mechanical), including theory only completed: Certificate II in Aircraft Line Maintenance
Desirable Qualifications
  • Previous experience in an aerospace environment
  • Valid open driver's license
