Job Title: Marketing Professional

At our fitness centre, we are seeking a talented Marketing Professional to join our team. This role focuses on strategic marketing and business development, rather than front-line retail or direct client interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our fitness centre and Muay Thai events.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities for new and existing products and services.
  • Provide expert advice on various marketing elements, including product mix, pricing, advertising, sales promotions, selling techniques, and distribution channels.
  • Analyse marketing data to develop effective marketing strategies and plans.
  • Create innovative ideas for marketing campaigns that enhance the visibility of SRG Gym and our Muay Thai events.
  • Work with external vendors and agencies to execute marketing initiatives and manage relationships.
  • Advise on and implement digital marketing strategies, including SEO, social media marketing, and associated analytics to maximize online presence and engagement.
  • Oversee the implementation of marketing campaigns and monitor their effectiveness to ensure alignment with strategic goals.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Demonstrated experience in marketing, with a strong background in strategic planning, market research, and campaign development. Experience in the fitness or sports industry is advantageous.
  • Skills: Proficient in digital marketing, SEO, social media strategies, and analytics tools. Ability to provide insightful recommendations based on data analysis.
  • Creativity: Strong creative skills with the ability to generate compelling marketing ideas and execute them effectively.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with external vendors and agencies professionally.
  • Analytical: Strong analytical abilities to assess marketing performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and stakeholders to achieve marketing objectives.
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or at least 5 years of relevant experience
