Job Opportunity: Senior Product Leader

This is a temporary full-time position with flexible working arrangements available.

We are inviting applications for the position of Product Owner for Government Technology Platforms within Digital Services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and prioritize product backlogs to ensure alignment with business objectives and user needs.
  • Plan and organize sprints, set goals, define timelines, and deliver high-quality increments.
  • Refine and write clear, actionable user stories, collaborating with stakeholders and development teams.
  • Conduct customer research, gather feedback, and analyze trends to inform product decisions.
  • Lead and collaborate with Agile development teams, facilitating stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives, while driving continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Relevant qualifications and experience in product-related roles.
  • Experience in managing product streams, defining and executing product vision, validating features, resolving issues, and prioritizing inputs.
  • Ability to develop and manage stakeholder relationships through effective communication, expectation management, and negotiation.
