Job Opportunity in Employment Services

We currently have several vacancies for a Federal Government client located in their CBD contact centre.

This role involves working with job seekers, delivering high quality customer service and support to help them achieve their goals. You will be responsible for assessing and managing inquiries, resolving issues and providing guidance on job search strategies.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a contact centre environment or the employment services industry, sound interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work autonomously. They will also need strong digital literacy and keyboard skills, as well as the ability to interpret complex information and resolve issues effectively.

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

- Providing high quality customer service to job seekers
- Assessing and managing inquiries and resolving issues
- Assisting job seekers with their job search strategies

Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a contact centre environment or employment services industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and use sound judgment when making decisions
- Digital literacy including ability to navigate multiple IT platforms
- Excellent problem-solving skills
