We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contracts Coordinator to join our Project Services Team in Perth CBD, Western Australia.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative and clerical support to the Project Services Team, including data entry, document management, and correspondence.
- Assist in the preparation and review of contracts, including drafting, negotiating, and executing agreements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with commercial principles and company policies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external suppliers and customers, ensuring timely and effective communication.

- Tertiary qualification in a relevant field, preferred but not mandatory.

- Strong understanding of commercial principles, gained from working in a commercially orientated environment.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems, ideally UBW.
- Experience in the oil & gas services industry, ideal but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication, cooperation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a multi-cultural environment.
- Highly service-minded, enthusiastic, and solution-oriented.
