The successful candidate will be responsible for leading, supporting and coaching these teams to achieve exceptional performance and high-quality delivery while focusing on continuous improvement.

You will be adept at breaking down barriers, planning at a high level, and getting into detail to ensure projects are delivered efficiently.

">

Optimize team productivity by removing impediments and preserving flexibility to rapidly respond to changes.

">

Lead special projects or deliveries by managing project scope, schedules, reporting and managing stakeholders to ensure quality delivery of key business strategies.

">

Effectively communicate with technical teams, facilitate prioritization, scheduling and delivery of features, and partner with engineering and delivery teams throughout development.

">

Provide visibility into delivery targets, commitments, and progress, and empower, lead and coach geographically dispersed development teams to be successful, self-organized and adaptive.

">

Ensure a clear plan and delivery in line with project and product requirements, work closely with Product Managers and other business stakeholders to manage dependencies.

">

Facilitate daily stand-up meetings, ensure work items are prepared for development and have been adequately estimated, and identify issues that impede delivery and work to resolve them.

">

Communicate the progress of the team in each sprint, drive the team to ensure sprint commitments are fulfilled, and assess the scrum maturity of the team and coach the team to higher levels of Scrum Maturity.

">

Display leadership qualities and a passion for working collaboratively, maintain consistent and constant communication with stakeholders, and ensure the right changes are delivered within a sprint.

">

Ensure the team has a culture of continuous improvement, able to influence multiple stakeholders to move toward a solution within required timeframes, and possess a strong understanding of all project life cycle aspects.

">

Proven ability to drive and motivate delivery teams, demonstrated experience working on Scrum and/or Kanban based products, and knowledge of and significant experience working with Jira and Confluence is required.

">

Experience in Financial services is preferred.
