We are seeking an exceptional Project Delivery Manager to join our team.

As a key member of our project management group, you will be responsible for delivering projects from initiation through to closure. Your primary focus will be on overseeing the scope definition, timelines, quality assurance, and financial control.

You will also play a crucial role in stakeholder communication, ensuring that all parties are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in project management, working on multiple small to complex projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Initiation: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Scheduling and Planning: Create and manage project schedules, including resource allocation and timeline development.
  • Quality Assurance: Develop and implement quality plans, monitoring progress and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Financial Control: Manage project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effective solutions.

Requirements:

  • Project Management Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in construction or fit-out/refurbishment projects.
  • Strong Organizational Skills: Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and maintain accurate records.
  • Excellent Communication: Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Office Suite, with knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.
