Role Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at the Department of Health, Tasmania. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and promoting a positive work environment.
About the Role:
- Deliver safe, clinically appropriate nursing care to patients and clients in partnership with other health professionals.
- Contribute to the maintenance and promotion of a safe work environment.
- Work effectively within a multidisciplinary team to achieve outstanding patient outcomes.
- Plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in collaboration with healthcare team members.

- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and treatments.
- Promote a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the healthcare team.
Requirements:
- Registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
- Relevant experience working in a clinical setting, preferably in a hospital or healthcare facility.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
