Clinical Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced clinical leader to join our team and drive excellence in patient care and team performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead and Inspire: Foster a collaborative and high-performing culture, leading a dedicated team of clinicians and allied health professionals.
  2. Drive Excellence: Proactively advance clinical outputs and frameworks, ensuring compliance with aged care standards while aligning with upcoming industry reforms.
  3. Audit & Risk Management: Take charge of the monthly audit and risk management rhythm to ensure quality, safety, and continuous improvement across all home care operations.
  4. Clinical Expertise: Serve as the subject matter expert, providing clinical guidance and support to teams and stakeholders.
  5. Travel & Growth: Be open to travel across a rapidly expanding footprint, ensuring consistency and excellence in service delivery.
Requirements
  • Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with valid registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • Extensive clinical experience in aged care or a related healthcare field, with a proven track record in leading and managing a clinical and allied health team.
  • In-depth understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards, industry guidelines, and upcoming reforms affecting the sector.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing audit processes, risk management, and quality improvement initiatives within a clinical environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with clinicians, clients, families, and stakeholders effectively.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills to address complex clinical and operational challenges.
  • Experience in leading change initiatives and driving improvements in clinical practice and care delivery.
  • Flexibility to travel across the organisation's growing footprint to ensure consistency and quality in care delivery.
  • Must hold valid First Aid and CPR certifications.
  • A valid police check in line with industry compliance requirements.
