Regional Education Specialist

The Senior School Operations Officer is responsible for providing high-level strategic and operational advice to Principals and Regional personnel on policy and procedural issues. This role involves preparing briefings, responses, and submissions for the Minister, Director-General, and other senior officials.
This position requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team. The successful candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare strategic and operational advice to Principals and Regional personnel
- Process enquiries and complaints in accordance with departmental policies and procedures
- Work with key personnel to prepare briefings, responses, and submissions for senior officials
- SUPPORT the development and capability of Principals and regional staff
- Maintain accurate record keeping and documentation procedures
