  • Developing and executing a global paid social strategy that drives profitable growth and new customer acquisition
  • Managing and inspiring a high-performing team to deliver high-quality campaign results
  • Setting up, QA, and optimising end-to-end campaigns to achieve ambitious revenue and performance goals
  • Overseeing the global paid social budget to ensure efficient allocation of ad spend
  • Collaborating with the Global Performance Director to drive successful market entry strategies and onboard new paid social platforms
  • Delivering actionable insights through monthly performance reports
