Job Overview

As a key member of our purpose-driven team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of sustainability through innovative and low-carbon technologies.

This exciting opportunity exists within our maintenance team for a skilled coordinator to oversee the performance of all aspects of mechanical work.

The work delivery coordinator is responsible for coordinating and supporting site-wide delivery of corrective and planned maintenance activities via the eAM system, in conjunction with the maintenance supervision team.

This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

The ideal candidate will possess advanced problem-solving skills, experience with PLC systems and motor control, and a commitment to environmental, health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate performance of all aspects of mechanical work in a defined area or group.
  • Co-ordinate and support site-wide delivery of corrective and planned maintenance activities via the eAM system.
  • Directly coordinate multiple work packages across the site as required.
  • Ensure safe handover, execution and handback of nominated work to the service at the required quality and standards.
Requirements
  • Mechanical - Fitter (Australian Apprenticeship, Tradesperson's Rights Certificate or equivalent).
  • Advanced skills to isolate, diagnose, analyse and rectify complex equipment-related problems.
  • Experience in PLC systems and motor control would be beneficial.
  • Problem-solving is essential, with good communication and interpersonal skills to provide technical direction.
