Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead as a senior designer, driving conceptual design and contributing to all aspects of project development.
  • Develop and implement innovative strategies for complex projects, integrating interdisciplinary criteria and effectively communicating results.
  • Manage time and workload of own efforts and those of others to meet project deadlines and commitments.
  • Directly supervise staff and mentor them for professional growth, while developing talent strategy to attract specialists and leaders.
  • Engage in internal and external professional development opportunities to enhance skills and stay up-to-date on industry trends.

Requirements:

  • Professional Degree in Architecture, Planning, Urban Design, or Landscape Architecture.
  • LEED accreditation and experience with AutoCAD, Rhino, Grasshopper, Enscape, parametric and rendering software are highly desirable.
  • At least 6 years of experience in large-scale planning, mixed-use development, and transit-oriented projects.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with ability to lead by example and empower others.
