Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Software Engineering Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for providing technical software development skills in the analysis of ICT system issues and the design, development, testing and deployment of appropriate solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze ICT system issues and design effective solutions using various technologies.
  • Develop and implement software solutions using agile methodologies and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Support innovation through digital solutions and provide recommendations for improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Technical Skills
  • Proven experience in software development using recent versions of Rhapsody, HL7, Oracle SQL, JavaScript, and architectural patterns such as REST, SOAP, Service-Oriented Architectures, and integration architectures.
  • Strong knowledge of software development best practices, including DevOps and Git.
Personal Qualities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present and promote realistic software solutions that meet stakeholder and customer needs.
  • Proven ability to meet service delivery targets, implement measurable service improvements, and manage workloads and priorities effectively.
