Procurement Specialist Job Description

A dynamic and challenging opportunity has arisen in the delivery and support branch of a large federal government department involved in nation-wide data collection.

Your New Role:

In this role, you will provide expert advice and guidance on complex procurement and contract management activities to ensure compliance within the department.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support and develop key internal and external stakeholder relationships
- Communicate effectively with teams
- Demonstrate sound decision making and judgement in relation to matters of compliance
- Manage and handle a high volume of enquiries and requests for advice surrounding procurement and contract management
- Possess extensive experience within the Australian Public Service
