Accounting Services Specialist

Our team is seeking an experienced Accounting Services Specialist to deliver high-quality financial services to our clients. As part of this role, you will work collaboratively with senior staff and contribute to the growth and success of the business.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of financial reporting, tax compliance, and advisory services. They will be able to prepare financial statements and tax returns for various clients, assist in business activity statements and compliance reviews, and support senior staff in advisory projects and client meetings.

This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to manage routine client engagements with accuracy and professionalism. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, take initiative, and contribute to team success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare financial statements and tax returns for various clients.
  • Assist in business activity statements and compliance reviews.
  • Support senior staff in advisory projects and client meetings.
  • Build relationships with clients and respond to day-to-day queries.
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless client service.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in public practice accounting.
  • Solid understanding of financial reporting, tax compliance, and basic advisory work.
  • Ability to manage routine client engagements with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and contribute to team success.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
