About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Team Lead to join our Canberra Office and lead our ACT team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for the design and delivery of key projects, both locally and nationally.

As a leader, you will be responsible for managing a team, providing guidance and mentorship, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. You will also be responsible for representing ACOR with existing and new clients, attracting new business, and increasing ACOR's capability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project management and delivery
  • Team leadership and management
  • Client representation and business development
  • Quality control and assurance
  • Monthly reporting to the executive team
Requirements
  • University engineering degree or equivalent
  • Eligible for membership of Engineers Australia
  • Site induction training card (white card)
  • Minimum 5-7 years previous experience within an engineering consultancy or equivalent
  • High level of project management and technical ability within the electrical discipline
