Clinical Lead in Resident Care

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Care Manager to join our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting and supporting the management of our facility, with a focus on clinical care provisions.
The Clinical Care Manager's key responsibilities include:
- Clinical oversight of the facility, including all clinical reporting and documentation
- Managing the clinical teams' timely and accurate documentation of resident care needs from initial admission, assessments to care plan development and regular reviews
- Ensuring sound medication management and associated systems
- Staff training, provision of ongoing management and support to all care staff
- Ensuring compliance with accreditation standards, in consultation with the management team and care staff
Requirements for the role include:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Gerontology Nursing Certificate and/or Dementia Care Certificate would be highly regarded
- Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with people in writing and verbally
- Passion for working as part of a strong supportive team to provide the highest level of care to residents
- Maintenance of up-to-date COVID 19 and flu vaccinations
