**About your role**:
The Clinical Support Lead will provide clinical support to the care & service team, ensuring our Residents are receiving optimal care. With a focus on person centred care, this role will:

- Provide clinical support to the care and service team, ensuring a high standard of service is maintained for Residents.
- Coordinate and monitor the planning, implementation and evaluation of service outcomes and nursing care standards.
- Provide leadership and support to team members, assisting with orientation of new members, identifying learning needs and providing learning and development.
- Comply with Infection Control practices and ensure adherence by all care and service team members.

**About you**:
You are a Registered Nurse with AHPRA registration and comprehensive knowledge and experience in Aged Care. You'll present with:

- Expertise in clinical leadership of at least one specialist Aged Care clinical area
- Experience in the development, implementation, monitoring and continuous improvement of quality systems.
- Experience in evaluating workplace practices against the Aged Care Quality Standards, quality systems, and organisational policies and procedures
- Detailed working knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards
