The ideal candidate will have exceptional 1-on-1 selling skills and a proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs. They must be able to work productively, both individually and as part of a team, and possess flexibility to work across a seven-day store roster.

As a Luxury Retail Sales Professional, you will be responsible for creating personalized service experiences for customers, achieving set sales targets and KPIs, and completing in-house training to stay up-to-date with product knowledge, sales skills, and policies & procedures.

You will also perform operational tasks such as stock replenishment, ticketing of stock, customer repairs, merchandising, and general housekeeping.

The successful candidate will enjoy a commission scheme that rewards and recognizes their success, generous staff discounts on our wide range of products, national career opportunities, and support for their career growth.

The estimated salary for this role is $28-$35 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
