The Opportunity
As a Principal Civil Engineer – Water Pipelines, you will build strong client relationships and provide solutions to clients both off and on site.

About the Role
You will be a Chartered Professional Engineer with a bachelor's degree in civil engineering and experience in water/wastewater industry standards and best practices. You should have excellent technical and communication skills and the ability to lead and mentor a team.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Expertise in various aspects of civil engineering including study involvement, detailed design, analysis, construction/commissioning phase support, and troubleshooting of mechanical systems.
- Experience in scoping and developing engineering work packages, including time-based estimates for deliverables.
- An interest in strengthening and growing existing client connections and supporting the building of new relationships as a trusted technical advisor.
- Able to understand our client's core business and ensure services meet their expectations.
- A working style that embraces collaboration with other disciplines to bring together the best technical expertise.
- Relevant industry knowledge, innovation, and thought leadership.
