Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Venue Manager to join our team at our Fremantle venues. As a Venue Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of hospitality professionals to deliver exceptional guest experiences and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a High-Performing Team: Motivate and inspire your team to provide memorable guest experiences and drive revenue growth.
- Drive Revenue Growth: Run killer shifts and go above and beyond to exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Create Engaging Experiences: Develop and implement strategies to create WOW spaces that exceed guest expectations and drive repeat business.
- Manage Operations: Oversee Front of House and Back of House operations, including rostering, training, P&L management, forecasting, casual recruitment, COGs, and labor.
- Culture and Development: Foster a collaborative and inclusive culture, mentor and develop team members, and drive business growth through innovation and creativity.
- Proven Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on management experience in a busy hospitality or entertainment venue.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead a team, motivate and inspire others, and drive business growth.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong knowledge of the hospitality and entertainment industry, including operations, marketing, and customer service.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests, team members, and stakeholders.
- Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing circumstances, and prioritize tasks effectively.
