Job Opportunity:

Dermatology Research Assistant

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our dermatology research team in a part-time fixed-term capacity. The successful candidate will work on recruitment and patient care for clinical trials, management of skin and general health, and have the opportunity to attend general dermatology clinics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with patient recruitment and provide high-quality care for enrolled patients.
  • Collaborate with senior consultants, registrars, and administration staff to achieve project goals.
  • Have the option to attend general dermatology clinics and may be asked to cover for colleagues during leave periods.
  • Be allocated a personal research project to complete within the year.
Requirements:
  • Eligibility to register with the Medical Board of Australia or current registration status.
  • MBBS or equivalent tertiary qualifications.
  • Good Clinical Practice (GCP) certificate.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Highly developed clinical, documentation, and presentation skills.
