Job Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our research team in dermatology.

About the Position

This is a fixed term, part-time role with various work arrangements available. As a Dermatology Registrar (Unaccredited) - Research, you will have the opportunity to work predominantly in a research environment with some clinical time.

This position has a strong track record for Research Fellows being accepted onto the Australasian College of Dermatologists Dermatology Training Program.

Main Responsibilities
  • Assist in patient recruitment and provide care for patients enrolled in clinical trials, including management of their skin and general health.
  • Work collaboratively with senior consultants, accredited registrars, research nurses, and administrative staff.
  • Provide optional support for general dermatology clinics and may be required to cover for other dermatology staff during leave.
Key Requirements
  • Registration with the Medical Board of Australia or eligibility for registration.
  • Tertiary qualifications equivalent to an MBBS.
  • Good Clinical Practice certificate.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Highly developed clinical, communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
