Chemical Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Chemical Quality Assurance Specialist to play a key role in ensuring product safety, quality, and compliance.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in chemical and physical testing of raw materials, in-process, and finished products. They should be able to conduct regular inspections, maintain accurate records, and calibrate lab equipment as needed.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement quality control protocols for chemicals and products.
- Conduct regular inspections of raw materials, in-process, and finished products to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements.
- Maintain accurate records of testing results, inspections, and calibration activities.
- Qualifications in Food Science, Applied Science, or related discipline.
- Hands-on QC/analytical lab experience, preferably in the food industry.
- Experience with GC equipment.
- At least 12 months' experience in a similar QC or analytical lab role, preferably in the food industry.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
- Knowledge of OH&S, HACCP, and GMP.
- IT savvy, with excellent time management and communication skills.
