About the Role

We are currently working with a state government entity, seeking an experienced Injury Management Coordinator to join their team on an initial 3 – 6 month contract.

Key Responsibilities

  1. End-to-end management of complex physical and psychosocial claims across the business.
  2. Coaching and mentoring leaders to upskill their capability and skills in rehabilitation and case management, aiming to reduce claims and influence claims cost.
  3. Working closely with the business to understand critical areas and analyse trends and develop learnings.
  4. Developing and designing intervention strategies to improve organisational health and wellbeing.
  5. Working across multiple internal stakeholders & external providers to deliver a holistic outcome.
  6. Educating leaders on their role and responsibilities in ensuring the health and wellbeing of their employees.

About You

We are seeking an energetic, driven and approachable individual with ideally experience working in a government department, coupled with a solid background working as an accomplished Injury Management Specialist.

  • Self-motivated with a proven track record of reducing claim numbers.
  • Exceptional communication, influencing and partnering skills.
