We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Data Engineer to lead our data engineering infrastructure.

This is an exceptional opportunity to drive meaningful change and maximize business impact. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with Product and Engineering teams to design scalable data processing systems and databases.

You will be responsible for building and optimizing data pipelines to support the collection, transformation, and loading (ETL) of data into data warehouses or lakes. Ensuring data quality and accuracy through robust validation and monitoring processes is also a key aspect of this role.

Collaborating with stakeholders to align data systems with business goals and measuring success effectively is crucial. You will also be driving cross-functional efforts to address data quality, reporting, and insights, while remediating inconsistencies and gaps.

A strong understanding of data modeling tools like dbt and programming languages such as Python or R is essential. Experience with modern event data stack tools such as Segment, Amplitude, BigQuery, Looker Studio, Google Analytics, and AWS/GCP is also desirable.

A solid grounding in mathematics, statistics, and data visualization is required. Additionally, experience working with data systems that support machine learning workflows and proficiency in A/B testing are highly desirable.
