Job Title: Office Assistant and Graphic Design Professional

Clover Fields is a family-owned manufacturer with over 40 years of experience. We are a leading provider of soaps and body care products.

Job Overview:

This role involves providing administrative support to the team, as well as contributing to our graphic design and social media marketing efforts.

The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to work on various projects, including social media management, customer service, and graphic design.

  • Must be able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Strong customer service and administration skills
  • Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team

The successful candidate will also have knowledge of Google advertising, Facebook/Instagram advertising, e-commerce, and accounting software. Experience with TikTok is desirable.

Responsibilities:

- Provide administrative support to the team

- Contribute to graphic design and social media marketing efforts

- Manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

- Develop and implement effective customer service strategies

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

- At least 1 year of experience in office administration or related field

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
