Supporting Individuals with Disabilities

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Female Support Worker to provide high-quality support to individuals with disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and support to participants with a wide range of needs, illnesses, and disabilities.
  • Know and understand the care and support of each participant.
  • Undergo tasks at a person-centered approach in the least intrusive way.
  • Ensure all daily care needs are met.
  • Accurate data collection and documentation when required.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Australian Drivers License.
  • Certificate III in Disability Support or equivalent (desirable).
  • First Aid Certificate.
  • CPR Certificate.
  • Will need to obtain NDIS workers screening check.
  • Working with children check.

This is a part-time role working 20 hours per week. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work effectively as part of a team.
