Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Coordinator to provide temporary support for our supply chain operations in Sydney. The ideal candidate will have experience in freight forwarding, offshore manufacturing logistics, or international supply chain management.

About the Role
  • Act as the primary point of contact for logistics coordination between offshore manufacturing partners, freight forwarders, and local operations teams.
  • Process and track purchase orders from offshore factories through to customer delivery, ensuring timely and efficient movement of goods.
  • Monitor and update shipment status, including container movements, customs clearance, and final mile delivery, providing accurate ETAs and delivery updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in freight forwarding, offshore manufacturing logistics, or international supply chain management is essential.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, such as CargoWise or similar highly regarded platforms, is desirable.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, particularly across different time zones and cultures, are necessary.
  • Excellent attention to detail and solid problem-solving skills are required to ensure smooth logistics operations.
  • Intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills are also essential.
