Emergency Response Team Lead

This role involves implementing and training the emergency response team, ensuring site safety protocols are in place. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and delivering emergency response training to site personnel.
  • Supporting the Emergency Response Team through ongoing development and delivery of training packages.
  • Implementing and maintaining a comprehensive emergency response system.
  • Coordinating with site access control to ensure fit for work testing is conducted regularly.
  • Contributing to the development and communication of the site's health and safety management system.

The ideal candidate will hold relevant qualifications, including Certificate 4 Trainer/Assessor, Occupational First Aid, and Cert 4 HLT Ambulance Diploma in Emergency Management. They should also have experience in emergency response, preferably in mining or construction, and proficiency in Microsoft software and general database use.
