About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Performance Analyst to join our Performance Management team. This key role is crucial for ensuring the timely and accurate reporting of our financial performance to senior stakeholders.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the efficient and accurate preparation of forecasts and budgets, as well as the implementation of our funds transfer pricing framework (FTP) and other product finance responsibilities.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work closely with finance business partners across the organization to ensure accurate and timely reporting.

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in financial analysis and reporting. Ideally, you will be CPA, CA, or ICAA qualified (or hold an international equivalent) with relevant experience in Performance Management, FP&A, or Accounting.

Experience in Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP), Treasury, or product control, particularly within the Banking and Finance industry, would be highly advantageous. A strong understanding of FTP frameworks and knowledge of process improvement or continuous improvement frameworks is also desirable.
