Process Improvement Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven professional to fill the role of Process Excellence Specialist
In this opportunity, you will work closely with our leadership team to achieve consistency in business processes, policies, procedures, metrics, and resources that support excellence and ongoing improvement.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to the development and refinement of quality assurance approaches
- Manage and review data, case management, and administrative decisions, integrating customer satisfaction and feedback into business improvement strategies
- Deliver coaching and guidance to leaders and team members on quality management
- Facilitate data checking and exception reporting to ensure data integrity
- Assist with stakeholder surveys, analysis, and communication of results
You have a background in dispute resolution and customer service, a passion for ensuring great customer experience, and a willingness to work in a public service role.
