Key Responsibilities- Ensure the smooth running of the national office, including liaison with building management to maintain a clean, high-quality, and comfortable office space.
- Organize office catering and coordinate team events to maintain the creative Surry Hills vibe.
- Provide HR support, including staff onboarding and inductions, and be the central support connector for new starters.
- Support the executive team with diary management, travel bookings, and ad-hoc project administration.
- Minimum 12 months of experience working in an administrative capacity.
- Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Marketing, HR, Communications, or PR is advantageous but not necessary.
- Excellent communication skills, with an upbeat and positive attitude to work.
- Comfortable working in a busy, energetic environment and managing multiple deadlines with ease.
