Key Responsibilities
  • Verify product information against regulatory documentation to ensure compliance for listings.
  • Classify products and address deviations from standard operating procedures in collaboration with managers and experts.
  • Prioritize tasks using reports to meet quality, productivity, and service targets.
  • Identify improvement opportunities and contribute to SOP refinement.
  • Share expertise in knowledge-sharing sessions and mentor peers.

Essential Skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (data manipulation, pivot tables, etc.)
  • Basic SQL knowledge for data queries
  • Experience with CRM tools
  • Strong attention to detail and data analysis skills
  • Problem-solving abilities with logical and creative approaches
  • Commitment to research and data interpretation

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree holder
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related applications
  • Thai B1+ (or equivalent) proficiency in verbal and written communication
  • English B2+ (or equivalent) proficiency in verbal and written communication
  • Must be physically based in an approved location during employment
