About You

We are looking for a mechanically-minded individual with high mathematical ability and strong attention to detail. You should have great communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to work independently as well as within a team efficiently. You should also be able to maintain professionalism and quality standards under pressure.

Traineeship Information

This traineeship is a 24-month duration, during which you will work full-time (38 hours per week) and study towards completing your Certificate III in Laboratory Skills. You will be allocated 3 hours of paid study time per week.

Requirements
  • Year 12 proficient with high mathematics and literacy skills.
  • Mechanically-minded and have a passion for hands-on work.
  • Driver's license and vehicle required.
  • Willing to undertake a security clearance and medical assessment.
  • Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or New Zealand Citizen.
  • No previous qualifications within the industry exceeding a Certificate III in Laboratory Skills.
