A leadership opportunity has arisen to manage a team of Executive Assistants. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of the EA community within Macquarie Capital, working closely with senior stakeholders to ensure the efficient functioning of the EA team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Shaping the future of the EA community by driving growth and development initiatives.
  • Leading, advocating, and collaborating with key stakeholders to foster the growth and efficiency of the EA team.
  • Managing the hiring process for open EA positions, ensuring the selection of top talent.
  • Overseeing EA allocations, proactively balancing workloads to maintain fairness and efficiency across the team.
  • Representing the interests of the EA community across central functions, including Guest Relations, Travel, IT, and more.
  • Fostering team cohesion and communication by leading team meetings, setting agendas, and building strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with senior leaders to ensure their teams are well-supported and positioned for success.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, complemented by strong people management abilities.
  • Excellent judgement, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a talent for managing stakeholder relationships effectively.
  • A proactive mindset and the ability to prioritise workloads, resolve conflicts, and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the capability to work autonomously with confidence.
