Job Title: Strategic Finance Director

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the company's financial strategy and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive financial plan to support business growth.
  • Maintain robust financial governance and ensure effective scaling of financial systems and processes.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Provide strategic guidance on M&A, investor relations, capital raising, and other key initiatives.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders, including banks, investors, auditors, and external partners.

Ideal Profile:

  • A senior finance leader with experience as a CFO or equivalent in a fast-paced, market-facing role within a diversified operations environment.
  • Demonstrated expertise in IPO/ASX/exit processes, ASX reporting, and disclosures.
  • A collaborative and inspirational leader with a proven track record of building high-performing teams.
  • A Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification, with an MBA or equivalent advantageous.
