Job Overview

The position of Financial Manager is a critical leadership role that drives the financial health, compliance, and strategic objectives of our organization.

This opportunity enables an experienced finance professional to lead our financial functions, develop and implement effective financial strategies, and contribute to the company's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare timely and accurate financial statements, present financial reports to senior leaders, and manage statutory reporting requirements.
  • Cash Flow Management: Coordinate with the FP&A team on cash flow monitoring and liquidity; oversee accounts payable and billing processes to ensure seamless operations.
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to financial regulations, maintain internal controls, and liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and consultants to mitigate risks.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Lead a high-performing team, conduct performance reviews, and foster a culture of continuous improvement to drive business results.
  • Systems & Process Improvement: Improve financial systems and processes, collaborate with IT for system integration, and leverage technology to enhance financial reporting and analysis.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in finance or related roles, preferably with Big 4 or in the SaaS industry.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills to drive business insights.
  • Excellent knowledge of financial regulations and proficiency in financial software and MS Excel.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
