We are seeking a qualified Carpentry Services Manager to deliver high-quality maintenance services across a diverse portfolio of assets including public amenities, recreation centers, and staff housing.
Key Responsibilities:- Carrying out building repairs and maintenance to ensure facilities are safe, functional, and well-maintained for the community.
- Inspecting assets, coordinating contractors, and ensuring work meets standards.
- Delivering excellent customer service and maintaining accurate records.
- Working independently, making sound decisions, and contributing to continuous improvement.
- Ensuring compliance with legislation and policies related to workplace health and safety.
- Mandatory Carpentry Trade Certificate.
- Working at Heights, Working in Confined Spaces, EWP (High Risk Licence) - Desirable but not essential.
- White Card.
- National Police Clearance.
- Current C class driver's licence.
- Rights to work in Australia.
- 9-Day Fortnight Roster with a rostered day off every fortnight.
- 5 weeks' annual leave with 17.5% leave loading.
