As a Team Member, you will be part of a fun, dynamic team that is passionate about delivering excellent customer service. You will have the opportunity to work in a variety of roles, including sales, customer service, and cafe operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that all customers receive a positive experience
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products and services
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • A can-do attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Reliability and punctuality are essential
  • Friendly and independent team player with good communication skills
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
  • Cafe/Hospitality experience is desirable but not essential
