We are seeking a skilled Business Development professional to drive growth and partnerships in the mortgage lending space.

The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven individual to join our high-performing team and contribute to our success story. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging with key stakeholders, originating quality lending opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions to meet their needs.

You will be working closely with our credit and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and representing our brand at industry events and networking opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop relationships with key Mortgage Managers
  • Drive loan volume growth through proactive business development activities
  • Present product solutions tailored to client needs
  • Work collaboratively with credit and operations teams to deliver exceptional service
  • Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities
  • Provide market feedback to inform product and process improvements
About You
  • Proven experience in business development or a related field
  • Strong understanding of the mortgage lending space and its dynamics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
