Project Finance Role

About our Wholesale Banking Division:

We serve large and complex corporate clients across the food, beverage, and agribusiness sectors.

We're expanding into Energy Transition space with a Project Finance division focused on renewable energy and infrastructure transactions.

You'll play a key role in originating and executing transactions, leading credit submission processes, and building relationships across the market.

  • Originate and execute project finance transactions with a focus on renewables and infrastructure.
  • Take ownership of the credit submission process, including financial modelling, risk analysis, and credit paper preparation.
  • Lead client pitches and cross-border deal teams, collaborating with colleagues globally.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, advisors, and industry stakeholders.
  • Monitor transactions post-close to ensure compliance.

To succeed, you'll need:

  • At least 10 years of project finance experience, with significant exposure to Australian renewables.
  • A well-established local network across key players in the Australian project finance market.
  • Solid knowledge of renewables and infrastructure sectors.
  • The ability to lead complex transactions and create compelling pitch materials.
