Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team at El Camino Cantina. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of restaurant staff, managing daily operations, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of restaurant staff to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets
  • Manage daily restaurant operations, including inventory, scheduling, and staff management
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with the restaurant management team to achieve business objectives
  • Provide coaching and training to staff to improve their skills and performance
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or management role in the hospitality industry
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of profit measures and cost control
