Job Summary:

As a Disability Support Professional, you will provide high-quality care and support to participants based on their individual needs. This includes assisting with daily living activities, personal care, and household tasks, while fostering a positive and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide person-centered care and support to participants.
  • Assist with daily living activities, personal care, and household tasks.
  • Communicate effectively with participants, their families, and other professionals.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and Australian federal and state laws.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable.
  • Valid clearance to work with children and/or vulnerable people.
  • Relevant licenses, certificates, and qualifications (e.g., CPR, First Aid).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality care and support.

Pay: $47.50 – $90.00 per hour

Expected Hours: 2 – 38 per week
