Senior Project Officer
Job DescriptionThis is a challenging opportunity to oversee the delivery of water and sewer renewals across the service region. As Senior Project Officer, you will be responsible for managing projects, ensuring safety matters are addressed, maintaining partnerships, and engaging with stakeholders.
The successful candidate will have experience in delivering projects, strong project management skills, financial literacy, and efficient communication and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver allocated projects per business delivery frameworks.
- Ensure all safety matters are raised and resolved as required.
- Maintain delivery partnerships, ensuring governing committees and working groups are led, attended and supported.
- Stakeholder management and constructive engagement (Internally and externally).
- Experience in delivering projects.
- Strong understanding of project management fundamentals.
- Financial literacy – forecasting and budgets.
- Results-driven individual.
- Efficient communication and stakeholder engagement.
